As a member of the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce, you have access to many cost-effective ways to promote your business to both Chamber members and to the general public. To take advantage of any of the advertising and sponsorship opportunities listed below, please contact Membership Services Manager

Newsletter Insert
We will mail your insert to 1,100 names on our mailing list. You provide us with 1,100 copies of an 8 1/2 x 11” half folded or tri-folded insert, and we’ll include it with our monthly mailing.
Newsletter Advertising
You can place ads in Chamber Matters, our monthly newsletter that is distributed to 1,100 Chamber contacts. Contracts range from 1 to 12 months, and ads are available in business card, quarter page, and half page sizes.
Website Advertising
There are ad spaces available for purchase on the Chamber website which gets over 100,000 visits a year. You can target other businesses, area residents and visitors, because there are pages directed to all of these audiences throughout the site. You can choose which pages you want to advertise on (on a first come; first serve basis).
Mailing Lists and Labels
Mailing lists of Chamber contacts are available for one time use. You can even get the contacts printed on labels for ease of use.
Best In Business Guide Advertising
Reservations to place an ad in the popular Best in Business guide are accepted in October and November, and the guide is published in February. There is a wide range of ad sizes, and the pricing is very affordable. The ads are reserved through the
Daily Hampshire Gazette.
Arrive@5 and Meet & Eat Sponsorships
When you sponsor these popular events, you access everyone in attendance. Your brochure will be distributed, and your name will appear in the event announcements in print and e-mail to Chamber members and local media. Additionally, your logo will be displayed on the on-line Chamber calendar of events listing page.
Downtown Banner Program
Add your name to banners prominently displayed in Downtown Northampton for one year. Locations and number of banners available will vary.
Table Top Expo
This multi-Chamber show at the Log Cabin features 150 businesses and is attended by over 300 people from the business community. |
